The Higher the Mountain, The Cooler the Breeze....

That's right folks, Im talking about Mountain Moonshine Whisky made in West Virginia. According to their website:

"Moonshine is a clear corn whiskey that is distilled from fermented corn mash. When aged for two years it becomes Bourbon Whiskey. The fresh corn whiskey is Moonshine and is consumed without aging.
Until now, Moonshine has been hard to find. Almost all of it was distilled in the back woods, away from the prying eyes of tax revenue officers out to stop the illegal business of non-tax paid whiskey. In 1999 Payton Fireman decided to create a legal Moonshine distillery. So he started up West Virginia's first distilled spirits plant with license WV-DRB-1. "

Sounds like you need some coarsely seasoned salt and pepper wings to go along with this fine drink.
